Incident Manager
Job description:
To carry out the Incident Management function within Client Services Function
1.Monitor and track high severity incidents
2.Update Incident Records and liaise with support groups
3.Liaise with Service Delivery Managers
4.Liaise with Service Provision representatives
5.Understand and work within defined procedures
6.Understand and work within the contract specific OLA's
The Company:
An internationally renound IT organisation based in Bridgend.
Hours:
37.5 per week, Monday - Friday. The usual working hours will be 9am to 5pm but you may be required to work outside these hours if required.
