Due to continued success and investment, our clients are in a position to strengthen and develop the next generation of Production Managers within this thriving plant by creating an exciting opportunity for new graduates and post graduates to apply for this prestigious Graduate Management Training Programme.
Outline of programme;
You will be assigned a Mentor within one of the two Business Units and provided with on-the-job training and assignments that provide maximum exposure to our clients business.
An opportunity to spend some time in the Canadian operations.
Candidate profile and requirements;
Our clients are looking for high standards, dedication to quality, attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, creativity, integrity and most importantly the aspiration and personality to progress quickly to managerial level.
Based on the needs of their industry, the most preferable candidates will hold good degrees or post graduate degrees in:
Chemical Engineering Chemistry or Material / Physical Applied Science
Candidates may have had either a year or two experience or project-based experience or a year out with an employer through a sandwich course.
