Business Development Consultant – Industrial-Caerphilly and Merthyr Tydfil
Up to £21,000 basic + fantastic OTE potential+ Benefits
(Negotiable depending upon experience)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly sales focused and target oriented consultant to join our successful and expanding Industrial team.
Key responsibilities include:
•Proactively identifying new business opportunities in the Caerphilly and Swansea areas, networking from the current database
•Developing and maintaining a new client database
•Presenting and attending client visits
•Delivering and organising mail shots and campaigns
•Reporting on day to day activities, changes in the market/business trends and competitor activity
•Achieving weekly and monthly KPI’s and revenue targets
The Successful candidate will have:
•Proven sales experience within the Recruitment industry or Business 2 Business sales background
•Knowledge of the Industrial market in the South Wales area
•The ability to work under pressure within a challenging environment
•Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
•Strong influence, persuasion and networking abilities
•Self motivation and ambition
