| Recruitment Consultant – Industrial-Cardiff Up to £18,000 basic + fantastic OTE potential+ Benefits (Negotiable depending upon experience) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly sales focused consultant to join our Industrial team in our city centre flagship Cardiff operation. Key responsibilities include: •Specialising in the recruitment of temporary Industrial personnel in the Cardiff area •Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a first class service is delivered to our customers, whilst capitalising on new business opportunities •Ensuring the branch is compliant with current legislation and our company procedures •Accountable for driving sales and margin growth to increase branch profitability •Achieving weekly and monthly KPI’s and revenue targets •Developing and enhancing the business brand in the South Wales Industrial market The Successful candidate will have: •Proven experience specialising in the Industrial market or in temporary recruitment •Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. •The ability to work under pressure within a challenging environment •Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal •Strong influence, persuasion and networking abilities •Self motivation and ambition What you get in return: •You will be joining the 12th largest privately owned recruitment agency in the UK. •Offered first class training and the opportunity to gain the industry REC qualification •Rewarded with an excellent starting package, uncapped bonus scheme and flexible benefits. •Meridian has plans to expand further, therefore fast track career development will be unlimited for the candidate with the right skills.
