Perms Recruitment Consultant – Industrial-Cardiff
Up to £21,000 basic + fantastic OTE potential+ Benefits
(Negotiable depending upon experience)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly sales focused consultant to join our Industrial team in our city centre flagship operation.
Key responsibilities include:
•Specialising in the recruitment of senior level Industrial personnel in the South Wales area
•Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a first class service is delivered to our customers, whilst capitalising on new business opportunities
•Proactively sourcing candidates in the market place
•Accountable for driving sales and margin growth to increase branch profitability
•Achieving weekly and monthly KPI’s and revenue targets
•Developing and enhancing the business brand in the South Wales Industrial market
The Successful candidate will have:
•Proven experience specialising in senior level permanent recruitment
•Knowledge of the Industrial market in the South Wales area
•The ability to work under pressure within a challenging environment
•Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
•Strong influence, persuasion and networking abilities
•Self motivation and ambition
