| Branch Manager – Industrial - Cardiff Up to £30,000 basic + Car allowance + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits (Negotiable depending upon experience) A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our successful and expanding Industrial team. We are currently seeking a manager to take responsibility of our flagship city centre Cardiff branch. Key responsibilities include: •Accountable for recruiting and building a new team •Accountable for developing a temp, perm and driving sector •Leading by example to maximise team motivation and efficiency •Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure a first class service is delivered to customers whilst capitalising on new business opportunities •Driving sales and increasing margins in order to enhance branch revenue and profitability •Complete P+L and budget control The Successful candidate will have: •Proven managerial and sales experience within the Recruitment industry •Knowledge of the Industrial market in the South Wales area •Excellent leadership skills •Fantastic communication skills •Strong influence, persuasion and networking abilities •Motivation and ambition What you get in return: •You will be joining the 12th largest privately owned recruitment agency in the UK. •Offered first class training and ongoing support. •Rewarded with an excellent starting package, a meritocratic bonus scheme and flexible benefits. •Meridian has plans to expand further, therefore fast track career development will be unlimited for the candidate with the right skills.
