| Online Sales Consultant Profile Red Recruitment specialise in the search and selection of the nations strongest sales candidates. In turn, we supply candidates with the kind of client, which will enthuse, impress and deliver on your career aspirations. The Client As a national advertiser, our client demand exceptional staff to ensure the highest level of service to their customer base. Based in Cardiff, they have endured substantial growth over the past 18 months. Further to this, they are looking for a dynamic telephone based sales executive who is able to gel with the current team and bring a new dimension and contribute to their future growth. Responsibilities · To make pro-active sales calls to new and existing customers · Hold in-depth conversations with business decision makers and gain their interest in the product line · Working to targets, you will maximise sales opportunities in order to attain client revenue against your target · This in turn will increase your earning potential as you will be paid commission on a percentage of the revenue gained · Control your client base and encourage repeat orders through customer service and account management skills Experience / Attributes · Sales experience within an outbound environment preferred · Inbound experience of selling and working to targets · Self-motivated · Tenacious and resilient · Ambitious and competitive · Consistent in results Rewards · This role offers a generous basic salary of 16k, plus an uncapped commission structure · Monday-Friday, 9-5 working hours · Progression opportunities into a field sales/Team Manager role for the right candidates |
