| We are currently seeking a care home manager for a home situated in Abercynon. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home,duties to include 24 hour on call,ensuring the home is compliant with Care Standards regulations,managing the staff team effectively including any induction of new staff,liasoning with external bodies such as social services etc.In return we offer an excellent salary and full support and training. |
