• Manage projects in the areas of NPD, Process and Cost Reduction.
• To provide Technical Support and advice to the factory.
• To enhance or develop products and processes.
• Identify and develop process improvements alongside operations.
• Participate in milestone/project planning.
• Participate in HACCP/process control teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Degree/HND qualified in a food related discipline desirable.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of food processing.
• Experience of microbiology/legal codes of practice, and Sound knowledge of HACCP.
