Job Elements: -
• Development of new advance coatings for the industrial packaging and graphics market.
• Innovate and interpret market requirements into functional products.
• Will work on both internal and external support to the European and Worldwide sales team with opportunity to travel.
• You will build on your current skill set to become a Product Specialist together with development of your project management and client relationship skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in product development.
• A good awareness of process manufacturing.
• Qualification to degree level minimum, in Chemistry or associated physical sciences is essential.
• To develop products in accordance with customer demand.
• Design and develop test methods and utilise modern management skills for formulating coating solutions.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft office programs, (Word, Excel, Project).
• The ability to communicate in German would be an advantage.
• Good colour vision
• Eyesight correctable to 20/20.
