Senior QA Technician - Circa £22,000 per annum
The Company:
Our client is a unique organisation with a strong research foundation who are looking for a Senior Quality Technician to join their team.
The Role:
To supervise the daily activities of the QA/QC department, reporting to the Quality Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the inspection of incoming materials, work-in-progress, finished product for despatch, labels, codebreaks and documentation approval.
2. Responsible for ensuring that staff reporting to the job holder complete QA/QC activities in accordance with cGMP and company procedures.
3. Responsible for the supervision of staff reporting to the job holder and for ensuring that all QA/QC inspection / approval activities are carried out in a manner which supports the production schedule.
4. Responsible for ensuring that on the job training is carried out and documented for all staff reporting to the job holder and for identifying any training needs which occur.
5. Responsible for the coordination of specific client studies where the quote requirement is for the preparation and despatch of samples.
6. Responsible for ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with cGMP, company procedures and any other regulatory guidelines.
7. Any other projects as specified by the Quality Manager.
Must have CLINICAL TRIAL EXPERIENCE
