| Assistant Solicitor - 4 - 5 yrs PQE The Role: My Client are looking for a Solicitor to work within the Litigation Unit. The Litigation unit deals with aspects of litigation and dispute resolution for an unrivalled list of banks, lender and other financial institutions. My Clients product types include contested repossession, asset recovery, fraud, professional negligence, title rectification, subrogated insurance recoveries and asset finance. You will be responsible for: Running a file load of secured and unsecured litigated claims acting on behalf of the claimant. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of 2 - 3 fee earners of varying qualification. The Person: You will report to an associate and will have a client development role to compliment your fee earning and supervisory activity. Ideally you will have 4 - 5 years PQE with civil litigation experience (preferably banking litigation) coupled with supervisory experience .
