Law Costs Draftsperson - 20 - 28k
My Client are currently looking for a Law Costs Draftsperson to work for this leading legal firm based at there Blackwood Office.
You will be responsible for:
Preparing all bills and costs , primarily for personal injury claims but also commercial dispute cases.
Preparing of points of dispute and replies
Attending assessment hearings
Mediating Settlements
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in preparing bills of costs, points of disputes, replies etc
Proven negotiation skills
Experience of attending court
The ability to work as part of a team
Good IT and communication skills
A member of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen would be preferable.
