Full Description:
Our client has 15 properties, both commercial and residential, local to Swansea. You will manage the rental properties and take care of the maintenance side, identify problems and find solutions.

The ideal candidate would come from an estate agency background. Who will be able to estimate the value of properties and spot a good buy for the company, look for the pit falls and would roughly know how much repairs will cost to make a profit. Your main responsibility will be in the rental side of the business, but you will also liaise with solicitors to organise tenancy and lease agreements for your clients.
