| GOOD MONEY - WORKING PART TIME!! This is an excellent opportunity to work on a part time basis for a reputable company earning a really competitive basic wage. Looking to start the work placement on a part time basis of between 16 and 25 hours at the end of May or the beginning of June, you be working on the outskirts of Merthyr Tydfil. The role is based in a call centre environment taking inbound calls from customers who may be looking to end their subscription to the company's products and services. Your role will be to build rapport with the customer, listen to what their problem or complaint may be with an aim to resolve the customers problem with the tools that you are provided with. You may be able to offer them discounts or free products in order to retain their custom. Although no experience for the role is necessary, retail and call centre experience would be highly advantageous when applying for the role. The successful candidate would receive full training over the course of 12 weeks, which would take place Monday to Friday 5pm - 10pm. Your shift pattern would then be between 16 and 25 hours based either over 3 week days and a Saturday or between Monday and Friday. There is free parking on site for employees.
