What skills and experience do you need?
• We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who are passionate about selling and hungry for success to join our award winning sales team. If you already have a proven track record within a sales environment and a good communicator over the phone that’s great. However, previous sales experience, although preferred, is not essential.
• We want to hear from confident and honest individuals with a genuine desire to succeed in a fast-moving sales environment. A polite, friendly telephone manner and positive “can do” attitude is key to this role.
• All our staff receive full training and support. We are dedicated to ensuring continuous personal development for all employees within our company and pride ourselves on our friendly and encouraging work ethos.
If successful, we offer:
•(Average OTE £25k, Potential OTE £30k+) - Excellent commission on top of excellent guaranteed basic salary
•Normal office hours (Mon- Fri, 9am-6pm)- no shifts
