My client, a leading law firm based in fantastic offices in Cardiff City Centre, are looking for a conveyancing assistant to join their Sales in Possession team - part of the secured recoveries department.
Your role will involve handling the conveyancing for repossessed properties. Therefore you will need to possess both freehold and leasehold experience whether dealing currently for private sellers or mortgages in possession.
Conveyancing knowledge is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication skills and numerical ability.
