My client, a prestigious loan company based in Cwmbran are looking to expand their telephone based sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who has some previous financial call centre sales experience to earn a lot of month salary £15,000 basic OTE £35,000. The Job: • To evaluate customers requirements and sell the secured loan in accordance with the FSA regulations. • Work well within a team. • To ensure the highest level of quality, accuracy and efficiency is provided and relationships with internal and external customers and contacts are maintained. • Be able to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to. • Demonstrate confident and effective telephone skills. • Be able to effectively analysis of client needs and develop solutions. • Use good interpersonal skills, including questioning and listening. • To be reliable and dependable. • To act on own initiative. • Achievement of targets. You must show: • Ability to work in a sales driven environment • Ability to work to deadlines • To work on own initiative • Experience within a sales and service contact centre environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
