This is working for a worldwide-recognised mobile phone company in their call centre!!
• Dealing with incoming calls from customers
• You role is to maximise the opportunity to retain existing customers, promoting offers and products.
• To actively cross and up sell to existing customers in order to retain customer numbers and increase revenue through maximising sales opportunities
• To sell to existing customers all appropriate and identified products and services.
• To provide customers with appropriate information on products i.e. handsets, price plans; value added upgrades and special offers
• To provide pricing and quotations to customers as appropriate and tailor the appropriate solution that specifically meet the needs of our customers
• To delivering a great customer experience
You will have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Results and target driven
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proven record of delivering excellent customer service / Sales
You will receive:
Salary - £15,100 basic + Commission (Earning potential up to 50%) – This will be pro-rata depending on hours
You will be expected to work to one of the shift patterns below they are fixed hours
Shits Pattern 1
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 5pm – 10pm
Shift Pattern 2
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6pm – 10pm
Shift Pattern 3
Monday – Friday 5pm – 10pm or 6pm – 10pm
