Full Description:
To maximise the opportunity to retain existing customers
This will be done on either a reactive or proactive basis, by employing agreed sales techniques, promoting offers and products in support of brand·
To hit Revenue and Retention/Upgrade targets
To actively cross and up sell to existing customers in order to retain customer numbers and increase revenue through maximising sales opportunities
To sell to existing customers all appropriate and identified products and services
To provide customers with appropriate information on products
To provide pricing and quotations to customers as appropriate
To maintain and improve product knowledge, personal sales ability, campaign and competitor information and take appropriate action to improve in these areas
Working 16 - 25 hours per week Evenings & Weekends
£8.05 per hour plus commission and bonus
