CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Our client, a large employer based in Caerphilly, are looking to recruit a highly experienced Customer Service person to join their team of front line advisors.

The purpose of the role is to deliver world class customer service to customers and representatives.

Main responsibilities;
- Advise customers and representatives on company product range
- Maintain high level of service
- Providing pricing and technical advice to customers
- Taking customer orders
- Keeping up to date knowledge of competitors
- Prepare an follow up on quotations
- Identify and follow up on any buying signs

Required skills / experience;
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive outlook
- Highly organised
- Experience of working within a front line customer service role
- Good team player
