| QUALITY CONTROL GRADUATE Our client, a leading manufacturer, are looking to appoint a graduate within their Quality DEpartment. This is a new position primarily to manage succession planning within a pro-active production environment. The role; • Developing skills in management systems and continuous improvement tools. • Carrying out investigations in to customer complaints and providing solutions. • Overseeing new product development projects. • Championing improvement projects both within the UK and the broader group structure. • Developing skills to manage external certification body audits The person • Higher education qualification in Metallurgy, materials science or related subject • Interest in development within a technical/quality role in a challenging production environment. • Knowledge of steelmaking, hot rolling or other relevant technical experience would be an advantage. • Enjoys detailed analytical work and potential to communicate effectively at all levels.
