LEGAL EXECUTIVE / EXPERIENCED PARA LEGAL – PROPERTY LITIGATION, CARDIFF OFFICE
The Role:
My client is looking for a Legal Executive or experienced paralegal to join the Property Litigation Team. Housing law or litigation experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided. You will be based in the team’s Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
Your role will include preparing cases for court and some advocacy. Your clients will include housing associations, local authorities and private landlords.
It is anticipated that this role will develop to leadership of the Unit and so it would suit an ambitious candidate who feels ready to progress.
The Person:
The successful candidate will either be a qualified Legal Executive or an experienced Paralegal undertaking, or planning to undertake, the Ilex professional qualification.
