Answer incoming customer calls in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service, aiming to meet the needs of our customers at the first point of contact.
Ensure that all the Bank procedures are adhered to
Identify opportunities to further meet the needs of our customers with the aim to extending and developing the customer relationship.
Problem solving and complaint handling
Delivering excellent customer service
Proven experience in customer service (either in a face to face or call centre environment)
Ability to work in a target driven environment
