Telesales Advisor required for Prestigious company in Caerphilly

We require an experienced telesales executive to undertake a high volume of calls, both inbound and outbound, to prospective clients. To ensure all activities are kept up to date with correct information relating to the contractor. To deal with queries regarding membership scheme, to recommend new ideas and methods of working to ensure that a high conversion rate of contractors joining the scheme is obtained. To help identify new potential clients.

Must have confidence in dealing with a variety of clients, high level of customer service, ability to deal with difficult callers, ability to hit individual and team targets. Working to high standards. Computer literate on MS Excel and Word. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.

Hours 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
on site parking and Canteen

Permanent Salary £13,500 plus commission
