| ELECTRO / MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - £20,000 - £22,000 + Shift Allowance The Company: Our Client is known for their innovative plastic products for the automotive industry, who are looking for an Electro/Mechanical Technician to join their successful team. The Role: Working within the Maintenance Department. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager The Candidate: A recognised electrical apprenticeship with mechanical experience and training, qualified preferably to HNC but evidence of relevant experience considered. Experience of moulding machines, robots, wrapping machine repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics systems and PLC’s experience (preferably siemens). In addition, good problem solving skills combined with the ability to work on your own initiative. Working Hours: Rotating 3 shifts, 6-2pm, 2-10pm, 10-6.00am, with early finish Friday afternoon at 8.00pm. Night shifts start on Sundays. The Benefits: Holidays: 25 days & statutory bank holidays Pension: 3%employer, 3%employee Death in Service Scheme: 1.5 Gross Annual salary Attendance bonus of £720 per annum, paid on a monthly basis for full attendance & timekeeping. The company also operates a Productivity Bonus paid Quarterly, this includes, performance, rejects, special transport costs. |
