Our client is a family of independent schools in the Gwent area. They are looking for an enthusiastic, capable and well presented individual to join their marketing and PR team.
Duties of the Job
• Implement the advertising strategy as agreed by the Director of Marketing, ensuring adherence to the media schedule and present designs.
• Implement programmes of events ensuring timely communication both internally and externally along with appropriate staff support
• Implement the schools publication strategy and co-ordinate writers, designers and printers, getting approval from the Director of Marketing
• Work with the Director to ensure that all publications, stationary and signage reflects the schools’ identity and that the manual is kept to date.
• Implement the schools Web strategy and ensure that the web reflects the schools identity, positioning, brand and marketing strategies to generate leads and provide information for prospective, existing and past pupils and parents
• Liaise with the Marketing Assistant and Admissions Secretaries to provide the necessary analysis to link marketing strategies, lead generation and sales to prospect enquiries and new pupils
• Provide cover during the Marketing Assistant’s absence
Candidate Requirements
• Marketing degree and Promotions experience essential
• The ability to communicate both orally and through the written word clearly and effectively is essential
• Proven ability to prioritise workload against deadlines
• Some travel between sites is required
• The successful candidate will need to be CRB checked
