Our client, a major manufacturing business in Merthyr Tydfil are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk.
You will be responsible for the entire payroll function from start to finish, calculating NI & PAYE contributions, any deductions or bonus’, processing timesheets, dealing with new starters and leavers, SSP, SMP, P45s and P60s.
You will be capable of managing a workload for approximately 350 employees paid both weekly and monthly. Excellent knowledge of payroll processes is essential and you will be familiar with year end duties and dealing with payroll journals and reconciliations.
