| Our Client based in the Cardiff area is a large financial institution looking to recruit an Experienced Arrears and Collections Executive to join their expanding team The Role -to monitor cases referred to third party debt recovery agents -to obtain accurate and up to date income and expenditure details -to seek technical advice from arrears management consultants -general administrative duties The Candidate -ideally a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role -excellent negotiation skills -empatheic nature -excellent customer service skills -good communication skills Experience of working in a targeted environment is essential for this role Please note-this role is subject to obtaining a credit check Salary £18k Residential on sight parking is available |
