This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a desire to work in a sales role for a national business that is expanding in the area.
You will work with a team of tele-sales staff to achieve individual and team targets. Your main role will be to make outbound business to business calls to generate new business from existing, lapsed or prospective customers to achieve your daily targets.
You will be required to keep and maintain accurate records of calls made on the in-house computer system. You will need to liaise with other staff across the group in a polite and professional manner. Answering inbound calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Accuracy with this type of work is essential. You must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
