The Client
A local independent, our client remains ‘in-touch’ with their customer’s needs and expectations. Large enough to employ in excess of 100 people, our client is ambitious, expanding and renowned as a leading insurer within the industry. Following a recent investment, they are looking for industry experienced sales advisors to increase the headcount within their new business and renewals departments in order to sustain and supply on projected growth targets.

Responsibilities

· To understand and abide to the FSA regulations within the insurance market
· Pro-actively promote products and services to local business and consumers on a telephony basis
· To make outbound calls in response to prospect mailers and renewals campaigns
· Receive inbound calls and offer assistance to the customer and sell new products and services where a need is evident
· Working to targets, you will maximise sales opportunities in order to attain client revenue against your target
· This in turn will increase your earning potential as you will be paid commission on a percentage of the revenue gained on an independent and team basis

Experience / Attributes

· Insurance experience is highly beneficial, and preferred, but not essential
· Sales experience within an outbound environment
· Inbound experience of selling and working to conversion targets
· Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient
· Ambitious and competitive
· Consistent in results

· This role offers a generous basic salary up to17k, plus an uncapped commission structure (Potentially higher for industry experience)
