The Client Our client specialise in the supply and installation of business communication systems. Established for over 15 years, they are the market leader within South Wales & the West. The post holder will focus on identification of target companies within their allocated segment of the UK. You will identify a bespoke strategy for target business within the context of client capabilities. You will have a proven ability to source and engage prospective customers at a high level and close business appointments for your partner within the technical field. Responsibilities · To manage and maintain business accounts within your region and ensure regular contact with your prospects · Through targeted business development calls, attain customer interest and establish a need for an appointment · To surpass gatekeepers in order to maximise decision maker contact · Make the relevant amount of sales calls to ensure the highest potential conversion rate per customer · Work to minimum standards in order to ensure targets are met · Work in conjunction with the field sales representative to ensure gross profit targets are achieved Experience / Attributes · Sales experience within an outbound environment preferred · Enthusiastic and innovative · Inbound experience of selling and working to targets · Self-motivated, Tenacious and resilient · Ability to generate a need for a product · Ambitious and competitive · Consistent in results Rewards · This role offers a generous basic salary of 17.5k, plus an uncapped commission structure · Monday-Friday, business working hours · Progression opportunities · Free on-site parking |
