The Client
South Wales largest and most successful estate agency are currently seeking a Lettings Manager for their Cardiff branch. Our client has a solid reputation built on valuing the customer and offering a service to match customer needs. They have a friendly and loyal workforce and are looking for an experienced industry professional that can meet the company-working ethos and also add value to the existing team.
Responsibilities
· To provide supervision and leadership in the implementation of all following tasks whilst ensuring the delivery of set branch targets.
· Promote client letting services through innovative channels
· Advise potential landlords of rental values health and safety, contractual and statutory obligations.
· Advise potential tenants of contractual obligations.
· Ensure all terms of business and anti money laundering checks are in place
· Maintain records of branch activity
· Maintain attendance records
· Deal with recruitment and selection.
· Carry out regular 121’s with direct reporting staff.
· Deal with performance management issues as and when necessary
· Deal with all complaints at branch level.
Experience / Attributes
· Sales experience within a target driven environment
· Industry experience within estate agency/lettings preferred
· Experience of performance management, mentoring and coaching
· Self-motivated and able to remain positive
· Organised and efficient
· The successful applicant will be able to drive
· Consistent in results
Rewards
· This role offers a generous basic salary up to 25k, plus a bonus structure
· Monday-Friday, 9-5 working hours
