Due to rapid expansion, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a prestigious office in Penarth for an insurance administrator.
With previous experience in a customer-facing role, you will undertake all routine insurance administration tasks on a portfolio of clients. You will ideally have solid and recent home insurance experience gained with an Insurer, a Broker or a third party service provider.
You will have the opportunity to use your skills in the following areas –
· Insurance administration
· Answering telephone calls
· Dealing with policy paperwork and correspondence from policyholders, insurers and financial advisers
· Excellent communication skills
· IT skills
· Complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
· Work as part of a team.
