    The Client
    Our client demand exceptional staff to ensure the continued growth and progression plans within their business model are achieved. Based in Cardiff, they have a sales team that operates on a national business-to-business basis. Our client require tenacious, money motivated, hungry individuals with the ability to turn a client ‘interest’ into a profitable business account. The product is an Internet based subscription service, which a client would utilize to target their customer base for business.

    Responsibilities

    · Follow up on prospective business mailers and attain a clients perspective on an innovative way of advertising their services
    · Through targeted business development calls, attain customer orders which are tailored to their bespoke needs
    · To surpass gatekeepers in order to maximise decision maker contact
    · Make the relevant amount of sales calls to ensure the highest potential conversion rate per customer
    · Work to minimum standards in order to ensure targets are met
    · Control your client base and ensure regular call backs are made in order to maximize your profit potential

    Experience / Attributes

    · Sales experience within an outbound environment preferred
    · Enthusiastic and innovative
    · Field based xperience of selling and working to targets beneficial
    · Self-motivated
    · Ability to sell a concept over a product, a moving service
    · Tenacious and resilient
    · Ambitious and competitive
    · Consistent in results

    Rewards

    · This role offers a generous basic salary of 18k, which can rise to 25k
    · Plus an uncapped commission structure averaging 36k OTE
    · Monday-Friday, business working hours
    · City center location
    · Progression opportunities into Senior Sales, Account Management and Team Management for the right candidates
