We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor based on the outskirts of Cardiff for a Financial Services Organisation.
Job Description:
• Answer inbound customer calls relating to new mortgage business.
• The ideal candidate must hold good rapport building skills and be able to communicate in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Possess a good working knowledge of mortgage products and services to ensure customers receive accurate and consistent information.
• Ability to handle difficult and sensitive customer complaints including judgement around appropriate escalation.
