Working as part of a team, you will provide quality operational services to internal and external customers over the telephone, maximizing sales opportunities by matching customer requirements to the client’s solutions. This role is inbound, with a targeted sales conversion ratio.
Responsibilities
· Receive quality leads from the customer team from potential applicants looking for a secured loan
· Process the client information and assess their suitability to the products available
· Convert a client interest into a processed sale via utilizing broker channels to gain a approved loan for a customer
· Work in conjunction with team members to work towards a collative target
· Work to minimum standards in order to ensure targets are met
· Abide by FSA regulations and adhere to internal policies
Experience / Attributes
· Sales experience within a telephony or retail/face to face environment
· Financial Services experience preferred
· Enthusiastic and innovative
· Inbound experience of selling and working to targets
· Self-motivated
· Ability to sell a product that matches a customers needs
· Tenacious and resilient
· Ambitious and competitive
· Consistent in results
