Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a desire to work in a sales role for a national business that is expanding in the area. Your main role will be to make outbound calls to generate new business. You will be required to keep and maintain accurate records of business leads generated. You will need to liaise with other staff across the group in a polite and professional manner. Accuracy with this type of work is essential. You must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to motivate yourself
• Knowledge of accurately maintaining customer information
Desirable Qualities
• Previous Call centre experience
• Previous experience of making outbound calls
