Job Description
An execellent opportunity has arisen to work within this high quality pretigious operation as the Restaurant Floor Manager.
You will have a proven quality background to date in your career within a minimum of a 2 rosette background.
As well as excellent food and wine knowledge you will also be able to demonstrate the very highest of guest care skills.
You will ensure a highly trained team and be able to deliver a consistency of standards.
You will have a positive personality and be able to be the 'face' of the operation.
You may be someone who currently working away and looking to return to the area.
