To provide support to the sales team in Western Europe.
Regular contact with customers and the field sales team.
Pre-qualification of in-bound orders and the resolution of issues prior to order processing.
Customer liaison for all enquiries including, price, product specification and availability.
Resolution of shipping and invoice queries.
Converting smaller inbound enquiries into orders.
Development and maintenance of a customer database for the region
Assisting in the collection and analysis of market intelligence with particular reference to the continual development of the market database.
Providing assistance with the translation of documentation.
Up to two weeks per annum will be spent in the territory supporting commercial events; including attendance at trade shows and key client meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

Fluent in spoken & written English & French.
A level of proficiency in Spanish would be advantageous.
Good verbal communication and inter-personal skills are essential. Be comfortable and confident to liaise with internal and external customers, at all levels.
Customer focussed, and able to work under pressure, re-prioritising work as required.
Enthusiastic, flexible, self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and an eye for detail.
Computer literate, MS Office and an ability to use CRM plus other business critical software.
