Job Description

• Responsible for all manufacturing quality.
• Recommend changes to process to improve quality
• First line of contact with machine operators.
• Maintain all processes within the manufacturing operation.
• Maintain in house and customer owned test equipment
• IPC-610D Classes 1, 2 and 3 understanding for industry standards
• IPC-7711/7721 rework standards
• Setting up of required documents for pcba manufacturing.
• Required to champion continuous improvements with the manufacturing operation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• HNC Electronics
• PC literate in Excel and Word
• Hands on approach.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar job role
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in manufacturing with surface mount electronics.
• A good understanding of modern manufacturing methodologies and their implementation.
