Job Description

• Lead a team of 4 Buyers.
• Deliver and improve KPI’s.
• Raw Material Inventory – Increase stock turns, achieve optimal inventory.
• Manage optimal inventory replenishment through Lean Replenishment (LRS), MRP and Auto PO Release to meet manufacturing and sales plan.
• Identify strategy in material management to support changing requirements of sales forecast and manufacturing plan.
• Maintaining and developing supplier relationships. Lead Supplier Reviews with Team.
• Deploying the purchasing strategy set by the Supply Chain Leader and determine strategy specifically for Purchasing Operations Team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Min 5 years experience in similar role and environment (dynamic & challenging).
• Strong appreciation and experience of operational purchasing
• Strong understanding of and competent in material management of complex BOM’s
• Preferably CIPS qualified.
• Preferably competent SAP user.
• Experience of leading a team.
