Job Description
- Managing cost by setting and monitoring project budgets to achieve committed contract values.
- Managing delivery by creating and monitoring master timing plans.
- Identify and minimise projects risks by close working with all functions. Escalating as necessary.
- Lead and manage cross functional project teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure project activity follows company systems and procedures including adherence to the requirements of the global standards.
- Interface, as appropriate, with customers and suppliers to ensure project milestones are delivered.
- Lead and promote profit improvement activities for associated product groups.
The ideal candidate will have:
- The successful candidate must be able to speak fluent business German.
- Ideally qualified to degree level within an appropriate discipline.
- Experience preferably within a high volume manufacturing environment, automotive industry preferable.
- Able to demonstrate success delivering complex projects.
- Excellent working knowledge of project planning systems.
- Works effectively as part of a team.
- Plans and organises work effectively.
- Flexibility to travel as necessary.
