Job Description

• To sell company products to a Global Market.
• To deal with customer enquiries (telephone, fax, e-mail).
• Review customer enquiries for specification requirements
• Preparation of prices from material, labour costs & liaise with internal Depts., and suppliers to obtain up-to-date costs to produce quotations in accordance with customer requirements.
• Liaise with other departments to clarify technical queries from customers.
• Liaise with other departments to process customer complaints
• Develop Agent and Customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally Degree level (or equivalent) engineering education
• Ability to speak a Second European Language
• Ideally mechanical manufacturing experience within a sales orientated role.
• Knowledge of mechanical & process engineering principles.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of technical terminology.
• Understanding of commercial terminology.
• Commercial awareness.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
