We are a leading Welsh based business who have been established within our industry for over 20 years and thanks to our committed and motivated team we have gained new business and are expanding our team. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Account Manager to join us.
As a Business Account Manager your key duties will be to be proactive management and development of assigned accounts, selling additional products and services into these accounts, including data and minimising churn and maximising revenue
Identify customer needs and deliver solutions
Seek and use customer feedback to improve level of service offered
Resolve any service affecting issues that may arise
Ensure the provisioning and account administration is well controlled and delivered within SLA’s
Provide accurate and timely forecasts
Ensure effective communication with other departments within the Company
As a Business Account Manager you will need to have previous experience in a sales / business account management position, have excellent sales and negotiation skills, be IT literate and have a full UK driving licence.
In return the company offer a salary of £17 to £19,000 per annum depending on experience, competitive bonus scheme, 20 days holidays and free car parking.
The hours of work are 39 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm
