- Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Provides either Customized Service Agreement (CSA) and Time and Material (T&M) program management.
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Interact with Sales Director on contract flow down with Sales Director and the implementation of procedure manuals related to the contract.
- Develops and implements business plans to achieve contract profitability and work scoping.
- Participates in business & contractual discussions with customer.
- Organises and supports program and technical reviews with customer.
- Generates regular program updates for internal management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor\\\'s degree (Business or Engineering) from an accredited university or college preferred or at least 4 years of experience in a product support or customer support role.
- Must have previous experience in warranty, manufacturing, support equipment, business support, or logistics.
- Knowledge of repair processes desirable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution ability
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Able to interface at all levels, both internally and externally
