Part Time Customer Service Advisors required for a leading Financial Services company based in the Centre of Cardiff close to all transport amenities
Job Description
Experienced Customer focused individuals required for evening and weekend work on a long term basis.
You will be required to deal with inbound calls from customers and make outbound calls in relation to customer applications for insurance products and services.
Due to the nature of the calls candidates must hold a sympathetic nature and ideally hold an understanding of Medical Terminology although this is not essential.
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 4pm–8pm, Saturdays 9am-1pm (1in4)
Good part time working hours to fit around your home life and other commitments
