Experienced customer service advisors who can commit long term to working evenings and one in four Saturdays.
Who Are you?
An experienced customer service advisor with at least 12months continuous experience in a customer focused role.
You are mature, reliable, enjoy building rapport with customers and can empathise with their circumstances and putting them at ease.
You have a warm, professional telephone manner, effective communication skills and can gather information quickly and accurately.
You have the desire to work hard and do well with a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
You are PC literate and have a keen attitude to learn and continually improve their skills.
What will you be doing?
Making a pre arranged call to customers to complete essential information on their requested applications
Answering inbound calls within agreed service levels and ensuring enquiries dealt with meeting customer and company expectations
Using customer service skills such as empathy and rapport building to put customers at ease when obtaining potentially sensitive information
Using effective questioning to gain the right information and recording their details completely and accurately
Discussing “next steps” with customers and advising them how best to proceed quickly with their application
Adhering to all company policies and procedure and FSA legislation
Working as part of a team to share information and hit deadlines
