Dealing with inbound calls from existing customers
Updating customer account details
Problem solving & complaint handling
Delivering excellent customer service
Identifying sales opportunities and maximising business opportunities
Update customers on all products and services
Proven experience in a customer service environment (face to face or over the phone)
Ability to work to targets
Salary £13,860 per annum rising to £14,810, plus commission with OTE £15,500 per annum

Various Shift patterns available Full Time Days - 35 hours per week, working on a shift between 6am - 2pm
Full Time Nights - 35 hours per week, working on a shift between 8pm - 6.30am
Full Time Hours - 35 hours per week, working on a shift rota Mon - Sun 8am - 10pm
