My client, a fresh dynamic company based in Cardiff City Centre are looking to recruit an experienced Arrears Management Officer in Cardiff City Centre.
Working from modern offices in a central location you will answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers who have fallen into arrears with their loan repayments; establishing reasons for their arrears, identifying risk and putting together payment plans for the repayment of the loan.
You must have some previous experience of collections in the financial sectors and must be able to pass a credit check to apply.
